Estimates & Pricing
How do I get an estimate?

Fill out the service request form on our website. We review every request personally and follow up quickly to confirm your estimate details and next steps.

Do you provide written estimates?

Yes. Online estimates are provided within 24–48 hours of your form submission and are valid for 7 days. If you’d like to proceed, we’ll come by to finalize measurements and scope before work begins.

Is there any obligation after requesting an estimate?

None at all. Requesting an estimate is completely free and comes with zero obligation. You decide whether you’d like to move forward after reviewing your estimate.

The Installation
Do you install doors the customer already purchased?

Yes. We offer install-only service for customers who have already purchased their door. Just tell us about the door in your service request and we’ll assess the job.

What brands do you work with?

Any brand. We have experience with all major door manufacturers. If you have a door, we can install it. We can also help guide you to the right product if you need sourcing advice.

Do you do supply and install, or install only?

Both. We can supply the door and install it, or install a door you’ve already purchased. For supply and install jobs where we purchase materials, a deposit is required. Mention your preference in the service request form.

Do you install fire-rated doors for legal basement suites?

Yes. We install code-compliant fire-rated doors for legal basement suites, mechanical rooms, and commercial applications. We ensure proper installation for building permit requirements.

Warranty & Trust
What warranty do you offer?

Labour Only jobs carry a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Supply and Install jobs carry a 3-year warranty on labour and materials.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. TheDoorPro is a fully registered and insured small business in the Province of Alberta. Every job starts with a signed contract.

Do you start with a contract?

Always. Every single job — no matter how small — starts with a signed contract and a clear scope. This protects you and ensures there are no surprises.

When is a deposit required?

A deposit is only required when TheDoorPro is purchasing materials on your behalf for a supply and install job. Install-only jobs typically do not require a deposit upfront.

Logistics
What areas do you serve?

We serve Calgary and surrounding communities including Okotoks, Airdrie, Chestermere, and nearby areas. Mention your location in the service request form and we’ll confirm availability.

How quickly can you get to a job?

We follow up on every service request quickly and schedule at your convenience. Timeline depends on current demand — reach out and we’ll give you an honest answer on availability.
