By engaging TheDoorPro for services, you agree to these terms. All work is performed under a signed contract outlining the specific scope, price, and timeline.
Online estimates are provided within 24–48 hours and are valid for 7 days. Final pricing is confirmed in person after measurement and scope assessment.
A deposit is required only when TheDoorPro is purchasing materials on the customer’s behalf. Install-only jobs do not typically require a deposit.
Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified in the contract. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice receive a full refund of any deposit, less materials already purchased. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
